Travel RAG — an AI travel assistant, built to production

A retrieval-augmented travel assistant that answers with citations, pins every place it mentions on a map, and turns a request into a day-by-day itinerary with costs and weather, to download or export to Notion.
- Built end to end: ingestion, embedding search with reranking, streaming chat with two model providers, structured trip planning and evals.
- Run like a product: CI/CD, rate limits, a daily cost cap, and LLM tracing, errors and analytics in EU regions.
- Written up as a case study (planned vs shipped, what was cut or deferred and why) with five deep-dives on the RAG pipeline, evals, cost, observability and EU regulation.

A voice assistant that helps citizens of St. Gallen get through local bureaucracy, with a desk for the agents behind it: automated ticketing, call labelling, call history and an impact dashboard.
- Built with a team at START Hackathon St. Gallen.
- Later collected trial interest from a unicorn startup.

A compliance assistant for founders building with AI. Describe your system, its data and its use, and ComplyAI places it in an EU AI Act risk tier (minimal, limited, high or unacceptable) and recommends next steps to lower the risk.
- Created with one designer and two engineers; I led product, research and design.
- Launched on Product Hunt and collected trial interest from startups and B2B customers.
